Short project description:
Over the 12 months of the project, the implementation of 3 core project elements is planned:
- Preparation, introduction and certification of a quality management system and an information security management system in line with the requirements of internationally recognised management-system standards (ISO),
- Promotion and visibility – design and production of project materials, leaflets and posters, and
- Project management (work of the project team).
Project objectives and expected results:
The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Exevio d.o.o. on the domestic and foreign markets by introducing internationally recognised standards for business quality management and information security, the ISO standards 9001 and 27001, which will contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, to greater trust from existing and new clients, and thereby also to higher sales revenue and the placement of products and services on the domestic and foreign markets.
The expected result of the project is an introduced and certified quality management system and information security management system in accordance with the ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001).

Uvođenje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom i informacijskom sigurnošću u Exevio d.o.o.
Kratki opis projekta:
Unutar 12 mjeseci provedbe projekta planirana je provedba 3 osnovna elemenata projekta:
- Priprema, uvođenje i certificiranje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom i sustava upravljanja informatičkom sigurnošću prema zahtjevima međunarodno priznatih norma za sustave upravljanja (ISO),
- Promidžba i vidljivost - Dizajn i izrada materijala, letaka i plakata projekta te
- Upravljanje projektom (Rad projektnog tima).
Ciljevi i očekivani rezultati projekta:
Svrha projekta je povećanje konkurentnosti poduzetnika Exevio d.o.o. na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu uvođenjem međunarodno priznatih standarda upravljanja kvalitetom poslovanja i sigurnošću informacija, ISO normi 9001 i 27001, koji će doprinijeti poboljšanju učinkovitosti i efikasnosti poslovnih procesa, boljem povjerenju postojećih i novih klijenta te tako i povećanju prihoda od prodaje i plasmanu proizvoda i usluga na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu.
Očekivani rezultat projekta je uveden i certificiran sustav upravljanja kvalitetom i sustav upravljanja informatičkom sigurnošću prema ISO normama (ISO 9001 i ISO 27001).
